I was not well three days ago with headache, coughing and sniffling. I went to see my doctor and he measured my temperature and diagnosed that I had a bad flue resulted from insufficient sleep and weather change. He advised me to stay at home and take some tablets. Have good sleep and drink plenty of water. Make sure not to go outside in the haze weather.
