从句本身是个单独的句子。放在句子里做某一限定成分。

这个很容易区分，从句是一个完整的句子，他具备最基本的主语跟谓语结构。
举个例子：the people you love the most may not the one company you forever.
句子当中，从not the one company you forever这里开始就是从句，因为他主语谓语都具备，是个完整的句子。
再举个例子：We put off the sports meeting,because of the rainy weather.
这个because of the rainy weather就是句子成分，因为他是个名字性的短语，没有谓语。
如果后面是because it rains，那就是充当从句了，因为it rains是主语+谓语的形式。
