Many people feel that she is a cold Queen, who represents the cold royal, ignoring the loss of the people brought by the death of Diana. They may think that she abuse the power to stand against the feeling of the people. However, I consider her as a Queen who obeys her responsibility strictly. As Diana was no longer a member of the royal, it is quite reasonable for the Queen to refuse to represent the royal to declare for Diana’s funeral. Besides, there is no precedent of such a problem.
